Farewell Dr Caitlin Canning
We would like to inform you that Dr Caitlin Canning, who has been part of the East Port team for the past two years, will no longer be available to take care of you and your family.
Due to personal reasons, Caitlin unfortunately has made the decision to move home. We wish Caitlin all the best for her future and will miss having her as part of our team.
If Caitlin was your particular veterinarian of choice or if she has looked after you during one of your visits to East Port, we’d just like to re-assure you that we do have a number of other veterinarians who would love to help take care of your family members.
If you have any questions or concerns about what this may mean for you, or whether you would like to request another veterinarian for your next visit, please feel free to call us on 6583 5677.
Welcome Dr Liz Handelsman
Dr Liz Handelsman joins the East Port Veterinary Hospital team in January 2017.
Liz graduated from the University of Sydney in 2016 with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science.
After growing up in Sydney, she moved up to join the team as a new graduate veterinarian, having completed her last two practical rotations with us.
Liz’s special interests include small animal surgery and ophthalmology.
In her spare time, she loves to take her scruffy pup, Archie, to the park and to the beach. Liz also loves to play basketball and travel as much as possible.
We know you’ll make her feel welcome!
